Individual Therapy:  Whether you have a new concern that has come up or something you have been trying to work through for years, individual therapy can help you get to the best version of you.  Over the years, I have helped people work through a variety of concerns including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, sense of self, identity, goal setting, grief and loss, adjustment to illness, life transitions, addiction, stress, trauma, relationship, and family struggles.

Couples/Relationship Therapy: Even the best relationship can have difficult times, but if all parties want to see improvement it can usually happen. Some of the areas I have helped with are improving communication, feelings of connection, boundaries, exploring new interests, parenting together, having healthy conflict, various forms of intimacy and adjusting to transitions in life.  I work with adults in consenting relationships both monogamous and polyamorous/open.
