Appointments are currently held via telehealth/video platform for your convenience. Be comfortable being you while receiving therapy.

Individual Therapy:  Whether you have a new concern that has come up or something you have been trying to work through for years, individual therapy can help you get to the best version of you.  Over the years, I have helped people work through a variety of concerns including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, sense of self, identity, goal setting, grief and loss, adjustment to illness, life transitions, addiction, stress, trauma, relationship, and family struggles.

I see individuals 15 and older.  Parent/guardian consultation is required for minors prior to the initial appointment taking place.

Couples/Relationship Therapy: Even the best relationship can have difficult times, but if all parties want to see improvement it can usually happen. Some of the areas I have helped with are improving communication, feelings of connection, boundaries, exploring new interests, parenting together, having healthy conflict, various forms of intimacy and adjusting to transitions in life.  I work with adults in consenting relationships both monogamous and polyamorous/open.

LGBTQIA+:  I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming services and value your identity. Along with the areas listed above, I have helped individuals explore sexuality and gender, work through no or limited family support, bullying, discrimination, self-acceptance and a number of other areas that are unique to LGBTQIA+.  I also have experience writing letters advocating for hormone treatment and/or gender affirming surgery if that is part of your journey.
